Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform/data infrastructure roles
• Proven experience designing and scaling data pipelines and distributed data systems in cloud environments
• Strong expertise with modern data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation frameworks, and orchestration tools
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and lineage tracking
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise SaaS systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, support, marketing platforms) into centralized data models
• Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers while driving technical execution in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
