Director of Growth Marketing

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for accelerating subscriber growth and scaling a multi-channel acquisition engine across organic, paid, and owned channels.

Own and evolve the overall growth marketing strategy across acquisition channels, design and execute initiatives that improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency, and continuously optimize performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (especially Google Ads) including campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting
• Proven SEO experience including keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO, and organic growth optimization
• Familiarity with AI search optimization concepts such as AEO, GEO, and generative search platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth experiments
• Experience optimizing full-funnel conversion paths including landing pages, trials, and paid conversions
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and BI dashboards
• Strong copywriting and communication skills for ads, landing pages, emails, and campaign messaging
