Translate real-world engineering workflows into structured, AI-powered systems that can be deployed in production settings, design, build, and iterate on agentic AI workflows, and develop rapid prototypes and production-grade demos.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in engineering, physics, computer science, or a related scientific/technical discipline
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, solution engineering, or forward-deployed engineering roles
• Strong Python programming skills, particularly in scientific computing, API integration, and workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience with modern AI systems, including LLMs, APIs, and agent-based or orchestration frameworks
• Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers or technical stakeholders to deliver complex engineering solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences in high-stakes environments
• Strong collaboration mindset with a service-oriented, problem-solving approach
