Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies, including TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services
• Solid understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, performance optimization, and system design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup or high-growth environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing speed with engineering best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience using modern development workflows and AI-powered engineering tools
