Material Master Data Associate

Role Overview

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of material master data that supports critical business operations across demand planning, logistics, sourcing, finance, and brand functions.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate and timely material master data, manage vendor and product records, support product setup processes, create and maintain retail articles, investigate and resolve data errors, generate and maintain UPCs, sales grids, purchase grids, and related data structures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a business or data management environment.
• Experience with SAP Material Master systems is a strong plus.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or product data environments is an advantage.
