Role Overview

This is a senior technical leadership role focused on shaping and scaling enterprise-wide AI capabilities across products, platforms, and engineering teams. The role sits at the intersection of architecture, innovation, and strategy, driving the adoption of modern AI patterns such as LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration.

What You Will Do

Lead the architecture design and governance of enterprise AI initiatives, partner with business units and engineering teams to define end-to-end AI solution architectures, develop and maintain architecture standards, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in modern AI architectures, including LLM-based systems, vector databases, prompt/tool orchestration, retrieval systems, and evaluation methodologies
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native platforms, data architecture, security, and integration patterns
• Experience defining architecture standards and influencing multi-team engineering practices at scale
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders
