Role Overview

As a Principal UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping innovative player experiences for a highly engaging and widely loved digital entertainment product. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with significant experience within the gaming or interactive entertainment industry
• Proven success designing impactful social features, gameplay systems, and player-centric experiences that drive engagement and retention
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, player motivations, reward systems, and behavioral design principles
• Strong expertise in prototyping, iterative design processes, and validating concepts through user testing and experimentation
• Ability to balance tactical problem-solving with long-term strategic thinking and product vision
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and build alignment among diverse teams
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, design reviews, and ideation sessions
• A highly collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for creating memorable user experiences
• Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments with evolving priorities
