This leadership role is focused on driving enterprise sales growth for advanced software solutions in a highly competitive and fast-evolving technology market. The Sales Director will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding key enterprise accounts, and building a high-performing sales organization.
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, lead and recruit a high-performing sales team, drive new business acquisition and expansion, build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, and analyze market trends and customer requirements.
10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 2+ years in a sales leadership role, proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, and strong experience selling complex technical or enterprise software solutions.
