Salesforce Technical Architect

Role Overview

This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Salesforce, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security best practices
• Strong experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft and Boomi
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems
• Familiarity with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset
• Strong knowledge of AppExchange ecosystem tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, OwnBackup, and others)
• Experience designing scalable data models, migration strategies, and system performance optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
