What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, build and enhance user-facing web experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical design discussions, and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience developing and delivering full-stack applications in production environments
• Strong backend development expertise, preferably with Go, combined with solid frontend development experience using JavaScript, modern HTML, CSS, and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Deep understanding of API design principles, distributed systems architecture, and data modeling concepts
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, event-driven systems, and service communication technologies such as gRPC
• Proven ability to write clean, modular, maintainable, and high-quality code with a focus on performance and scalability
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities in fast-moving environments
• Experience participating in architectural discussions, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery
• Formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Professional fluency in English
• Must be based in Europe and possess valid working rights
