Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

What You Will Do

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure that supports high-availability production systems and services. Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to ensure reliable, automated, and version-controlled deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or related roles in high-velocity environments
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud infrastructure at scale, preferably on GCP or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or equivalent solutions
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and production reliability principles
• Experience implementing observability systems, including structured logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, scaling strategies, and bottleneck resolution
• Experience with workflow orchestration or job queue systems such as Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, or similar tools
• Ability to write production-quality Python code and approach infrastructure with a software engineering mindset
• Familiarity with edge computing architectures and asynchronous system design is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to preventing system failures and outages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments
