
Job description
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and driving end-to-end growth strategy across multiple marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and lifecycle/email programs. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on marketing leadership, requiring both analytical rigor and strong execution oversight.
You will own the overall growth marketing strategy across client accounts, define and lead multi-channel growth strategies, build and standardize scalable marketing playbooks, oversee campaign execution, and lead client-facing strategic discussions.
You will manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, ensure consistent performance across acquisition and retention channels, and define what “good” looks like across CAC, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
