Senior Python Engineer

Role Overview

This role sits at the core of a modern backend engineering team building high-performance, scalable systems that power advanced mobile marketing and AI-driven products. You will design and develop robust backend services that support large-scale data processing, automation, and real-time operations.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI, implement and manage asynchronous job processing systems, integrate internal and external services, ensure system stability through observability practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend engineering with strong expertise in building production-grade systems
• Solid hands-on experience with FastAPI and RESTful API design
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and object storage systems such as S3 or equivalents
• Experience with asynchronous processing systems (Celery, Redis, Kafka) and handling long-running jobs
• Proven experience working with microservices architectures, including retries, failure handling, and distributed systems design
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices (logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including frontend and ML engineers
• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments
