Senior QA Engineer

Role Overview

What You Will Do

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, perform exploratory, functional, regression, and usability testing, document and track defects, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks, and integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including both manual and automation testing
• Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on expertise with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent
• Experience in mobile test automation using tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to design QA strategies, frameworks, and scalable test architectures
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with API testing tools and QA/defect management systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work across global teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-changing environments
