Software Engineer III

Role Overview

This is a senior-level software engineering position focused on building and maintaining full-stack applications that power internal lead generation and delivery platforms. You will own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and post-release support, in a fast-paced, distributed engineering environment.

What You Will Do

Deliver scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability. Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications supporting internal platforms and business workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
• Strong backend expertise in PHP (Laravel/Lumen) or Python
• Experience contributing across the full stack, including JavaScript-based frontend development
• Solid experience designing and building API-driven systems
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerized applications
• Ability to independently deliver features from development readiness to production deployment
• Strong collaboration skills with Product and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones
• Open to using AI-assisted engineering tools in daily development workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced agile environments
