Act as a trusted technical advisor helping customers implement, integrate, and scale complex communication solutions. Guide clients through the full post-sales journey, from onboarding and discovery to implementation, optimization, and go-live.
Lead technical discovery sessions, design solution architectures, support customers throughout onboarding and implementation, provide hands-on technical guidance, and identify and mitigate technical risks.
This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role where your expertise directly accelerates product value and customer success. You will work closely with engineering, product, customer success, and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and long-term adoption.
