Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care minimum
• Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience as a Personal Care Worker or Care Assistant
• Passion for working with and serving the needs of elders
• Strong interpersonal and human relationship skills
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
