Job Link Recruitment is offering a part-time Mental Health Community Worker position for up to 6 months initially. The role involves providing direct care and support services to a participant residing in their own home with multiple complex needs. Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check Card or willingness to obtain
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current Drivers License with no restrictions and reliable motor vehicle
- Current Senior First Aid/Provide First Aid Certificate
- Relevant experience in mental health or community support
- Ability to deal with challenging issues
- Innovative and creative thinking abilities, problem solving abilities, compassion, empathy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to undertake training to fill skill gaps if required
- Willingness to work in Taylors Lakes
