We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team, supporting attorneys and ensuring the seamless flow of legal proceedings in personal injury law.

Requirements

• New case intake and initial assessment
• Review of initial intake notes and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Setting up claim with carriers
• Mailing out notice letters
• Setting up file in case management software (TrialWorks)
• Entering critical control dates and deadlines with precision
• Client contact via phone calls, email, texting and fax
• Contact with medical treatment facilities
• Gathering medical records and other necessary information to assist assigned attorney in claim negotiation
