Requirements

- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and utilizing underwriting software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound underwriting decisions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Professional certifications such as CPCU or ARM are preferred but not required
