Cloud Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join our Engineering team in the AI & Data division of Eng Digital. The successful candidate will be the technical reference point for designing and implementing cloud and hybrid architectures, integrating workloads on public cloud and on-premise environments.

What You Will Do

Design and implement cloud and hybrid architectures, collaborate with teams to define and implement end-to-end architectural solutions, create formal architectural documentation, and guide technology and architectural choices for the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 2-3 years of experience in designing cloud and/or hybrid solutions
• In-depth knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (preferably GCP, alternatively AWS or Azure) and familiarity with on-premise environments
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalents)
• Excellent knowledge of containers and orchestrators, particularly Kubernetes
• Experience in designing CI/CD pipelines and adopting DevOps practices
• Knowledge of main modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first, serverless)
• Competence in security by design, IAM, secrets management, and compliance principles (GDPR, NIS2)
• Ability to produce formal architectural documentation (HLD, LLD) and effectively present technical choices
