Job Description
The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring guests have an excellent experience from arrival to departure, managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating with the service team to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
