Service Captains

The Service Captain will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas, supervising the serving staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a café or restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as restaurant operations
