Controls Engineer

DevLinks, a Tavoron company, is looking for a Controls Engineer to join their growing team. The Controls Engineer will design, develop, and maintain control systems for manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.

Requirements

• Experience programming automation equipment
• Proficient in PLC and HMIs programming / troubleshooting knowledge for packaging
• Experience with Allen Bradley Software, AutoCad Electrical, Kinetix, Festo, IAI motion control products
• Machine vision experience (Cognex, Keyence, iRVision) preferred
• Fanuc robot experience preferred
• Ability to adhere to UL specifications
• Troubleshooting knowledge with electrical components and wiring
• Familiar with 24 VDC, 120/240/480 VAC
• Ability to manage and work well with build and electrical team
• Train maintenance personnel on machine operation
• Ability to work on multiple projects during different phases of their building
• Analyze CAD drawings, written specifications, miscellaneous drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operations
• Ability and attitude to complete a project from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
