We are seeking a Cost Controller to oversee the financial aspects of a major project, ensuring costs are effectively managed and aligned with budgets and forecasts. The role involves monitoring and analysing daily costs, compiling and reviewing project reports, and liaising with external auditors.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business, engineering, Quantity Surveying commerce/statistics or relevant discipline
- 5-10 years Construction Site Cost Control experience and/or experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Highly developed computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS excel
