Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead and manage the operations of our manufacturing facility, responsible for ensuring optimal production performance, safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, materials and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational plans to meet production schedules and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Monitor and control plant budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
