Controls Pre-Install Application Engineer

As a Controls Pre-Install Application Engineer, you will lead Building Management System global projects detailed engineering as per country specific standards from India Engineering center. You will review MEP drawings, identify HVAC equipment, and generate initial review sheets and RFI's. You will also create Bill of material, select sensors and control valves, and prepare I/O Summary and BMS network architecture.

Requirements

• BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of BMS architecture
• Knowledge of different types of network protocols
• Must be proficient in wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks & panels
• Experience in engineering, installing and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems
• Experience in Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA)
• Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solving
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills
