Requirements
- Familiarize yourself with site processes, including die bonding, wire bonding, wafer mount, wafer sawing, molding, trim&form, MOSFET final test and marking
- Familiarize yourself with machine operation (Tokyo Precision, ASMPT, Disco, K&S, TOWA, etc.)
- Familiarize yourself with materials and tooling
- Handle production exceptions, improve processes to improve yields and reduce costs
- Collaborate with customer audits
- Develop and maintain job specifications
