Requirements

• Familiarize yourself with site processes, including die bonding, wire bonding, wafer mount, wafer sawing, molding, trim&form, MOSFET final test and marking
• Familiarize yourself with machine operation (Tokyo Precision, ASMPT, Disco, K&S, TOWA, etc.)
• Familiarize yourself with materials and tooling
• Handle production exceptions, improve processes to improve yields and reduce costs
• Collaborate with customer audits
• Develop and maintain job specifications
