Job description
Join our team as a Program Engineering Specialist to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing cells and processes. You'll be at the forefront of improving operational efficiency, product quality, and successful program launches.
Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production performance, drive continuous improvement and root cause resolution for production issues, and collaborate with technicians and operators to resolve operational issues.
We're looking for a strong leader with expertise in assembly engineering and automotive manufacturing systems, who can improve operational efficiency, product quality, and successful program launches.
