High school diploma or GED equivalency and 6 months experience as a Backup Rapid Pak Operator. Certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred

10 years maintenance experience, 3 years management experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
QA Technician
2-2-3 schedule, Quality experience in a USDA-FSIS regulated food manufacturing environment, Associate’s degree in Quality or related field
Palletizer
High school diploma, previous forklift experience, basic computer proficiency, and strong math skills required
Helper Blender
A minimum of 6 months experience as a Backup Blender Operator, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a USDA-regulated environment and experience with meat blending operations or ready-to-eat processed meats manufacturing
Production Worker
High school diploma or GED, previous manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail required
Stuffing Room Operator
A high school diploma or GED equivalency and 6 months of experience as a Backup Stuffing Operator are normally required
2nd Shift Team Lead
Previous leadership experience, computer proficiency, and strong math skills
Vat Washer
High school diploma or GED equivalency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivation, and previous forklift experience
Operator Blending
High school diploma, 6 months experience as a Backup Blender Operator, and strong basic math skills
