As a Guest Experience Coordinator at Joivy, you will ensure that guests and landlords have the best possible experience and that our property portfolio operates smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will handle all communications, from responding to messages to performing reservation changes. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
