Job Description
JOLT is seeking an Associate Director, Audience Intelligence & Data Strategy to build, shape, and elevate JOLT's media intelligence ecosystem across North America and the UK. This role involves designing, implementing, and continuously evolving JOLT's audience intelligence and measurement ecosystem, leading AI adoption, and building models and tools to lift campaign performance and audience understanding.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in data strategy, audience intelligence, media insights, or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical ability paired with commercial intuition
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau or similar
