Joseph Ribkoff designs classic and contemporary clothing for avant-garde women with a young spirit. The Paralegal will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, corporate legal, and executive support tasks.

Requirements

• Hold a diploma in legal techniques (paralegal) or equivalent training
• Solid and advanced experience with office management systems and Microsoft Office suite (ERPs are an asset)
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
• Demonstrated experience in discreetly and confidentially managing sensitive information
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach and strong prioritization capacity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
