The Groups Coordinator | Associate Campus Pastor is responsible for leading the campus in excellence, cultivating a strong culture of discipleship and connection through groups, events, and pastoral support.

Requirements

• Team player
• Passion for seeing lives transformed through community
• High capacity extrovert who is committed to investing in lay leaders
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced ministry environment
• Attention to detail
• Degree in Biblical Studies is helpful
• Experience working in Ministry is preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience serving/leading in a church setting
• Experience mentoring or leading others to Christ
• Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Commitment to personal spiritual growth
• Models standards and expectations of leaders within Journey Church
• Aligns with Journey’s spiritual beliefs and staff values
• Spiritually mature: models the lifestyle of a passionate follower of Jesus
• Must attend Journey Church
