The Groups Coordinator | Associate Campus Pastor is responsible for leading the campus in excellence, cultivating a strong culture of discipleship and connection through groups, events, and pastoral support.
Requirements
- Team player
- Passion for seeing lives transformed through community
- High capacity extrovert who is committed to investing in lay leaders
- Ability to multi-task in a high paced ministry environment
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Biblical Studies is helpful
- Experience working in Ministry is preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience serving/leading in a church setting
- Experience mentoring or leading others to Christ
- Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Commitment to personal spiritual growth
- Models standards and expectations of leaders within Journey Church
- Aligns with Journey’s spiritual beliefs and staff values
- Spiritually mature: models the lifestyle of a passionate follower of Jesus
- Must attend Journey Church
