Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as lead/senior bridge engineer on transportation projects
- Good relationships with agency project managers and structural staff
- Experience in successful business development outcomes for bridge projects
- P.E. licensure
- Expertise with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
- Expertise in interpreting geotechnical reports and coordinating with geotechnical subconsultants
- Experience in creating and reviewing construction documents
- Communication, planning, organizational skills
