Production Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead second shift operations in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for directing plant production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while delivering high-quality, food-safe products that meet all regulatory and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards
• Experience in food manufacturing strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities
