Job Description
Justworks is seeking a Principal of Health Underwriting to support business processes, renewal strategies, and year-round book of business analysis and reporting for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. This role requires expertise in underwriting, cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic growth for the organization. Requirements
- 8+ years of progressively responsible and strategic financial underwriting experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and influencing large-scale, strategic cross-functional projects
- Skilling in generating and formatting accurate reporting
- Solid knowledge of other benefit programs (life, dental, medical, etc.) and pricing
