Requirements

• 3 years of experience designing web- and mobile-based applications
• Experience designing for complex, content-heavy workflows, preferably in heavily-regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, benefits, or related domains
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating fluidly with engineers, product managers, researchers, marketers, data scientists, and others
• A portfolio of professional (non-speculative) design work for real-world applications
• Attention to detail, and a refined sense of craft in visual design, typography, and brand expression
• Fluency in Figma
