Product Manager, PayTax

They are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Payroll and Tax team, with a focus on scoping and prioritizing new initiatives and driving the roadmap of one or more pods. Requirements

• Conduct interviews with customers and end users to understand their pain around tax filing, reporting, and communications
• Conduct high-quality research to inform case development and product decisions
• Scope, prioritize, and execute projects to deliver measurable business impact
• Partner deeply with Design and Engineering peers and organize and lead effective team processes and routines
• Demonstrate a rich understanding of engineering concepts, concerns and tradeoffs
