Senior Security Engineer (AI Security)

Justworks is seeking an experienced Senior Security Engineer specializing in AI to drive and execute the company's AI strategy and Digital Security objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI security, security control advancement, and strong AWS security expertise. This role focuses on evaluating, enhancing, and improving AI security, with a passion for cybersecurity and a collaborative spirit within a supportive entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in information security concepts, common technical security controls, and security architecture design principles
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience securing AI systems, evaluating AI threats, and implementing AI security controls
• Background as a software engineer, security architect, or security engineer with experience implementing security controls in AI environments
• Solid experience with Secure-SDLC processes and DevSecOps, including secure design, threat modeling, vulnerability management, etc.
• Experience in monitoring AI systems for security threats and vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms
• Knowledge of AI/ML regulations and industry best practices
