Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server and Active Directory

3+ years of experience in an MSP environment, 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing environment, and excellent communication skills
Plumbing Estimator (Mechanical Construction)
5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating, proficiency in Quickpen/Auto Bid estimating platform, and experience with project-based estimating databases
IT Technician Level II or III
4+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills
Helpdesk IT Support Level II
3+ years of experience in IT help desk or related fields, basic network and server troubleshooting knowledge, excellent customer service skills
Printer Repair Technician
2 years of experience in screen printing, knowledge of raw materials, and experience with various machines and processes
Estimator - Mechanical (Industrial)
5+ years of experience with estimating mechanical systems in the Industrial Markets, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or mechanical engineering
IT Help Desk Engineer - Level 3 (MSP)
