Superintendent (Custom Home Builder)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent for a custom home builder in San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple simultaneous construction projects, serving as the primary point-of-contact for clients, and ensuring the timely and budget-friendly delivery of custom homes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in residential construction, preferably in custom homes
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
• Highly organized, responsible, and conscientious
• Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc)
