Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

Skyline Construction, a 100% employee-owned company and a leader in commercial interior construction, is seeking a Superintendent to lead field activities and liaise between clients, building management, and subcontractors. This strategic leadership role involves project schedule management, quality control, and team mentorship, using tools like Procore and Bluebeam to ensure high-quality work and efficient project execution. Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in either: existing building renovations, multifamily tenant-in-place, structural and office tenant improvements required
• Experience with projects in occupied buildings is required
• Experience with short duration (one week) turnover to replace all finishes in an existing condominium/apartment unit (Multifamily Tenant-In-Place)
• Understanding of Structural components
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to grow, learn, and use technology for enhanced efficiency
• Proficiency in building and updating a project schedule with MS Project and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated project experience that entailed high level communications with multiple team members in occupied buildings, along with strategic execution of high-end common area and building renovation work preferred
