Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in either: existing building renovations, multifamily tenant-in-place, structural and office tenant improvements required
- Experience with projects in occupied buildings is required
- Experience with short duration (one week) turnover to replace all finishes in an existing condominium/apartment unit (Multifamily Tenant-In-Place)
- Understanding of Structural components
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to grow, learn, and use technology for enhanced efficiency
- Proficiency in building and updating a project schedule with MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated project experience that entailed high level communications with multiple team members in occupied buildings, along with strategic execution of high-end common area and building renovation work preferred
