Superintendent

Hill Construction Company is seeking a full-time Superintendent for a dynamic Orange County team. The role involves managing and supervising construction operations for residential projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and delivering high-quality homes to satisfied clients. The position requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing, directing, supervising, and coordinating construction operations of high-end custom residential construction
• Knowledge of project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, quality control, field safety, and building codes
• Ability to read/interpret construction plans and identify design deficiencies
• Ability to communicate with project owners, architects, and team effectively
• Ability to manage difficult and emotional client situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to lift or maneuver boxes
• Must be able to work on job sites with stairs and elevated structures
• Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and bend/stoop
