Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage and oversee residential construction projects on the West Coast. The role involves directing construction operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client relationships. This is a critical position requiring expertise in building codes, project scheduling, and client communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing, directing, supervising, and coordinating the construction operations of high-end custom residential construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, quality control, field safety, and building codes.
- Ability to read/interpret construction plans and identify design deficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to read and interpret construction plans.
