Superintendent

Hill Construction Company is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic full-time Project Superintendent to join their team in Los Angeles. The role involves managing, directing, supervising, and coordinating the day-to-day construction operations of residential projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and delivering projects on time and to client expectations. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing, directing, supervising, and coordinating high-end custom residential construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, quality control, field safety, and building codes.
• Ability to read/interpret construction plans and identify design deficiencies.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
• Physical endurance and strength for long periods of on-site work.
• Ability to manage difficult client situations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate using phone and computer.
