Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a motivated Superintendent to join their San Diego team. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing, directing, supervising, and coordinating high-end custom residential construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, quality control, field safety, and building codes.
- Ability to read/interpret construction plans and identify design deficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina for extended job site work.
