Lead Data Scientist GenAI

Lead Data Scientist GenAI to join a globally recognized leader in technological excellence and innovation, playing a structuring role in the development of the group's GenAI capabilities.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac + 5 to Bac + 8, engineering school, university, PhD desired)
• Confirmed experience (minimum 6 years) in Data Science, with a significant part in GenAI / LLM
• Expertise in GenAI approaches: LLM, fine-tuning, RAG, optimization, pipelines, model architecture, evaluation
• Mastery of GCP and cloud-oriented IA/GenAI architectures is essential
• Proven experience in deploying IA/LLM models
• Ability to supervise, train, and federate diverse profiles (DS, MLE, DevOps ML...)
• Excellent communication skills, leadership posture, and ability to vulgarize complex concepts
• Openness to different sectors: solid technical expertise in GenAI takes precedence over sectorial experience
• Professional English required
