Lube and Tire Technician

Role Overview

The Lube & Tire Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and tire services in accordance with OEM and dealership standards. This entry-level role supports the Service Department by ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality work on customer and inventory vehicles.

What You Will Do

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks. Conduct tire services such as mounting, balancing, repairs, rotations, and tread inspections.

Requirements

• Previous automotive maintenance or tire service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive service
• Ability to safely operate tools, shop equipment, and vehicle lifts
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Willingness to participate in OEM training and pursue technical development
