Systems Engineer

Role Overview

The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s end-user computing environment, ensuring compliance with IT standards and security policies.

What You Will Do

Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage user accounts and permissions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of IT or systems support experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of IT or systems support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
• Familiarity with endpoint management and patching tools
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft-related credentials preferred
